Kata Practice Class

Shin Gi Tai Aikido Society kata practice session, Saturday 31st May at the Pembrey Community Centre, Heol Y Mynydd, Pembrey, Burry Port, Dyfed SA16 0AJ. Time is 10am till 12.30pm. Mat fee £5. Please confirm if attending, this is open to all grades 😁 if not enough interest it won't go ahead. Soke Jones won't be leading this one it's a chance for us to practice kata. Please bring your BAB insurance. This will be led by Sensei's Mark Smout & Daniel Mort
