Kurt's cooking school - Chinese Feast

Craving the bold, comforting flavours of your favourite Chinese dishes, without the heaviness? Join us for a relaxed, hands-on evening where Kurt will show you how to recreate some takeaway classics with a wholesome twist.

In this class, you'll learn to make a vibrant spread of Chinese-inspired dishes that are perfect for entertaining or treating the kids. The menu includes a mix of crowd-pleasers and fresh flavour combos, designed to build your bag of tricks in the kitchen no matter your skill level.

As always, everything is gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free but still full of flavour, colour and satisfaction.

After the class, sit down and enjoy the meal you’ve created alongside your fellow foodies - it's a night of good food, new skills, and great company.

THE MENU
- Bacon and prawn fried buckwheat
