Gluten-free cooking class - High Tea

Join us for a special Sunday cooking class to create a whole spread of treats for your next high tea, celebration or picnic. Learn the recipes and techniques behind Project Salubrious classics like our prosciutto, pear and rocket tart and passionfruit cashew-cake - carefully developed by Kurt over the years to be deliciously indulgent while accommodating a range of dietary requirements.


The class will follow the Project Salubrious philosophy of no gluten, grains, dairy, refined sugar or soy, and use locally sourced ingredients where we can.
