Yoga Wellbeing Research Programme – 5 Weeks for £25
We’re delighted to be hosting a special 5-week Yoga Wellbeing Research Programme here at Revive, led by Jen from Serenity Sound and Soul in collaboration with Bangor University.
This is a unique chance to experience the benefits of Dru Yoga – a gentle, flowing style that’s perfect for beginners, those returning to yoga, or anyone curious to try something new.

5 live Dru Yoga sessions (join in-studio or online)
Sessions take place on:
Friday 19th September 5.30pm-6.30pm
Saturday 27th September 11.30am-12.30pm
Saturday 4th October 11.30am-12.30pm
Saturday 11th October 11.30am-12.30pm
Friday 17th October 5.30-6.30pm

Class notes & home practice sheets to keep you motivated
An after-care programme to help you carry on after the course
We’d love you to attend all 5 sessions to get the most from the experience, but don’t worry — if life gets in the way and you have to miss one, that’s absolutely fine!
There’s also an optional meet & greet on Weds 17th Sept, 7pm in our Wellbeing Rooms – a lovely way to connect before the programme begins.
Best of all, by joining you’ll be supporting important research led by Dr Ned Hartfiel at Bangor University into the benefits of Dru Yoga for mental, emotional, and workplace wellbeing.
