We’ll meet on the sand at Black Sands – a tucked-away beach near Aberdour, quiet and beautiful, especially as the sun goes down and the day softens around us.
You don’t need to know anything about breathwork – just bring yourself. This is for anyone who just wants to pause and reset.
I’ll guide you through gentle breathing techniques, visualisation, grounding somatic movement, and stillness, all set to the rhythm of the waves. It’s simple, powerful, and just what your body and mind might be craving.
We’ll take some time to be present as the sun goes down. We’ll spend a bit of time together – sharing a drink, some nibbles, and a good chat with a lovely bunch of like-minded women.
