Dr. V. Simon Mittal is a seasoned physician and healthcare leader with decades of experience navigating complexity, crisis, and change—skills he now brings into the realm of relational leadership, emotional safety, and spiritual growth. He has a gift for distilling biblical wisdom into practical, applicable truth, especially for men looking to lead with humility and strength.
Maren Mittal, LICSW, CDWF is a licensed psychotherapist, Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator (based on the work of Brené Brown), and a deeply compassionate coach who walks with individuals and couples through the often messy, beautiful work of healing and wholehearted living. Her work is grounded in Scripture, emotional intelligence, and the transformative power of vulnerability.
Together, they create a warm, honest, Spirit-filled space for people to explore the intersection of faith, intimacy, and communication. Whether leading retreats, teaching couples workshops, or simply sharing their story, Simon and Maren are passionate about helping others reclaim the connection God intended—where we are fully seen, fully known, and fully loved.
