When we engage our stories, grieve what has been lost, and bridge the gap between our inner lives and external systems, something miraculous happens: ruptures get repaired, people are healed, and we grow into spiritual and emotional wholeness.
You’ll learn:
- Why presence and secure attachment are more powerful than performance or pretending.
- How unaddressed wounds—no matter how fast or far we run—eventually catch up.
- How Koinonia (Greek for fellowship) sets us free from shame and outdated ways of thinking that no longer serve us.
- The critical difference between kindness and its counterfeit: niceness.
This is a space to explore tools and resources for real transformation—not spiritual bypassing. For gritty, committed love—not superficial peace. For healing that endures.
About Christine Berg:
Christine has been a part of the D2B community since 2013, and has served in multiple volunteer leadership roles, and recently she completed two years in the Emerge Transformation School. Her journey is marked by deep commitment and a passion for seeing the Body of Christ experience lasting change.
She lives in Minneapolis with her husband, Steve—her partner of 27 years—and together they have raised four children who are her greatest joy.
Christine currently serves as the Strategic Ministry Pastor at The Gate Church, where she preaches regularly and cultivates a culture of spiritual authenticity and relational healing. She is also the on-site Chaplain at Hand In Hand Christian Montessori in Roseville, MN, where she brings compassionate presence and pastoral care into the rhythm of daily life.
Christine has a deep belief in the power of transformation through connection, story, and Holy Spirit.
