Body Work Saturdays
Hit hard. Land soft.
This is not your average fitness class.
And it is not just a slow breathwork session on the beach.
Body Work Saturdays is a full spectrum session designed to bring intensity and regulation into the same morning.
We begin by dropping into the body with guided movement to wake up awareness and connection. Then we build real heat through partnered boxing. You will move, sweat and feel your strength in a way that is dynamic, grounded and connected.
Then we shift.
We slow it right down with somatic yin, guided breath and sound so your nervous system actually lands. Not wired. Not overstimulated. Not bypassing the work with more movement.
Most spaces offer one or the other.
High intensity with no integration.
Or soft landing with no challenge.
This is full spectrum.
Strength and stillness.
Heat and grounding.
Effort and regulation.
All held in a small group of ten, where connection is part of the experience, not an afterthought.
After the session, you are invited to bring your bathers and a towel for a dip in the ocean. A chance to seal the work, reset and enjoy the morning together.
About your facilitators:
Danielle is a qualified personal trainer and a nervous system and embodiment coach who bridges strength and regulation in the same space. With years of experience guiding bodies through both high intensity training and somatic integration, she is known for creating sessions that are powerful without being performative and grounding without being passive. Her work blends partnered boxing, functional movement and nervous system led practices to help people build real physical strength while learning how to land safely in their bodies. Danielle’s facilitation style is direct, steady and deeply attuned, ensuring participants feel both challenged and supported from start to finish.
Jazz is a nervous system regulation and somatic practitioner known for creating powerful, grounded spaces that bring people home to their bodies. Blending somatic yin, breathwork and embodied practices, she’ll guide you from heat into deep regulation so you don’t just work hard… you land strong, steady and fully reset.
What to bring:
Please bring a water bottle & a towel
Yoga mats, bolsters/blocks, boxing gloves and pads are provided.
Location/Parking:
Sessions will be held at our home in Burnside, walk down our driveway and you will see us setup waiting for you.
There is plenty of on street parking, park anywhere suitable but please dont park in the drive way.
If you are looking for something that challenges your body and steadies your system in the same session, this is for you.

By securing your ticket and attending Body Work Saturdays, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in movement, boxing style training and floor based somatic practices.
You acknowledge that all physical activity carries inherent risk and you voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation. It is your responsibility to inform the facilitator of any injuries, medical conditions or limitations prior to the session.
You agree to listen to your body, modify when needed and take full responsibility for your own wellbeing during the session.
Participation in the optional ocean dip is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
By attending, you release the facilitator and event organisers from liability for any injury, loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation.
