Foundation Programme Study

The Foundation Programme (FP) is designed for those who want to deepen their knowledge of Buddhist meditation. It provides a perfect basis for a daily meditation practice that pervades the day and brings lasting results.

This programme provides a weekly in-depth study 📚 class for gaining deeper experience and understanding of the foundations of Buddhist practice. We will be studying the book 📖 Universal Compassion from 18th September. The first class on the 15th will be an introduction to study on the Foundation Programme and ideal to attend if you are interested in studying on FP either now or in the future.

Classes run Thursdays, 7pm – 9.15pm, and at the moment students have the choice of attending 🪷 in person or via livestream.💻

You can join the study group 📚 at any stage and are welcome to come to a few sessions as a trial.
