🎵 We’ll begin the evening with a deeply relaxing sound bath, using healing vibrations to help you unwind, clear stagnant energy, and prepare your body and spirit to receive the sacred Cacao.

♥️ Then, we’ll move into a mindful Cacao ceremony, where we drink this beautiful heart-opening medicine with intention and presence.

🍃 You’ll be guided into meditation to connect with the loving spirit of Cacao, receiving insight, clarity, or healing messages.

💃🏼 We’ll close the evening in celebration—through gentle movement and song, allowing you to fully embody your experience and carry its magic into your life.

Whether you come for healing, connection, or simply to take time for yourself, you’ll be held in a safe and sacred space.
