Monster Dash 5K Run

Ready for a heart-pounding adventure that will get your Halloween spirit racing? Burnaby’s annual Monster Dash 5K is the event you’ve been waiting for! Set for Sunday October 26th this thrilling race promises a day of fun excitement and a little bit of spooky. Moreover aim your eyes at the prizes! So grab your friends lace up your sneakers costume up and get ready for an unforgettable run in Burnaby BC.

We also have the Mini Monster Dash 400-metre run designed especially for our little monsters. Perfect for our mini goblins superheroes ghosts and creatures who want to participate and run the track in Swangard Stadium in a festive fun and safe environment. Costume is strongly encouraged.

When you register you’ll receive a special package that includes custom souvenirs for all participants goodie bags for the Mini Monster Dash kids a race bib with chip timing for the 5K and pre-and post-event refreshments. It’s the perfect way to kick off an amazing race day!
