Join us for a delicious and engaging morning as we celebrate the rich culture of Brazilian coffee! This immersive event will take you from farm to cup with stories, brewing demonstrations, and tastings using three classic methods: Aeropress, French Press, and Pour Over.
We’ll begin with a conversation about the history of coffee in Brazil, how farming and drying methods shape its flavour, and its deep influence on Brazilian culture—from music and literature to the everyday ritual of “cafezinho”.
You’ll taste the same Brazilian coffee, brewed three different ways, and discover how each method brings out unique flavour notes and aromas. Along the way, we’ll share practical tips to help you brew a better cup at home, and leave you with a deeper appreciation for one of Brazil’s most cherished traditions.
