Starter:
Mozzarella Caprese Royal - Vine-ripened tomatoes layered with our house-made fresh mozzarella and delicate slices of Prosciutto di Parma, finished with fragrant basil, a drizzle of premium extra virgin olive oil, and aged balsamic.
Entrée (choose one):
Chicken Capricciosa - Tender chicken breast, pounded thin, lightly breaded, and pan-fried to golden perfection, topped with sweet caramelized onions, roasted red peppers, earthy mushrooms, and green peas, all crowned with melted mozzarella .
OR
Salmon Oreganata - Fresh wild-caught salmon baked in a bright lemon-butter and Dijon mustard sauce with a hint of local honey, topped with seasoned breadcrumbs and served alongside sautéed spinach.
Dessert
Turtle Cheesecake - Creamy New York–style cheesecake topped with caramel and chocolate and finished with toasted pecans.
