PCC UC 2025

PCC is looking forward to July 15th –18th, when our PCC family will convene once again in Winooski’s sister city of South Burlington, VT, for our annual Users’ Conference!

Join PCC and your fellow students for an awesome experience…study tips, tricks, and Best Practices for your PCC software, make new friends and reunite with old ones, and learn from some of the most insightful folks in the healthcare industry.

Registration is included in your Care Plan for all PCC customers with a currently active Care Plan agreement.

All registered UC attendees (separate registration NOT required this year) are welcome to join us anytime between 1:00pm and 4:45pm Tuesday for a relaxed and fun time to interact with PCCers and fellow PCC clients. Come ask questions directly to PCCers, share some of your Wishes, discuss the sessions coming in the week ahead. While you're exploring the conference area, join PCCers for fun activities hosted in each classroom during this Open House style afternoon!

Join us at our evening Welcome Reception from 6 pm to 8 pm, where you can pick up your UC T-shirt and bag, and mingle with fellow attendees and PCCers.

PCC’s conference officially runs July 16-18th with our main event -- three full days of courses custom-designed to help your doctors and staff navigate the challenges of delivering optimal pediatric care in an increasingly digital world. PCC speakers and industry experts will help you make smart decisions to support your practice's clinical and financial health.

This year's schedule and course descriptions will be available in Spring 2025.

Classes will be held from 8:30am to 5:00pm each day.

Breakfast and lunch are provided for all attendees and registered guests.

Can't attend in person? We welcome you to sign up to be a virtual attendee – you'll have access to the live-streamed courses as well as the course handouts through the conference app.

​​​​​Come and join us for the Big Bash in Burlington!

Attendees and registered guests (Big Bash Only Guests or full UC July 15-18 guests) will enjoy a wonderful evening, with dinner, music, dancing, and more! Festive attire is encouraged, but not required.

Transportation will be provided. Registration is required, as space is limited.

PCC's Guest Registration options allow your traveling companions the choice of attending UC meals and special events, including breakfast and lunch at the conference on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Option 1: "PCC Guest age 7+ Users' Conference In-Person in VT" and "PCC Guest - Full Users' Conference , ages 6 and under"

Includes all conference meals (breakfast & lunch at the conference Wednesday, Thursday & Friday), the Big Bash event on Thursday and includes a conference t-shirt. Registration fee is $200 for those 7 and over. There is no fee for those 6 and under

Option 2: "PCC Guest - Big Bash Event Only, ages 7 and over" and "PCC Guest - Big Bash Event Only, ages 6 and under"

Attendance to the Big Bash event only. Registration is $80 for those 7 and over. There is no fee for those 6 and under.

Guests are not admitted to conference classes. There are no extra fees for registered guests ages 6 and under.

Remember to book your room online or via phone (1-800-HILTONS (1-800-445-8667), referencing the PCC 2025 Users' Conference as the group name) at the DoubleTree by Hilton Burlington, as well as your flight if you are traveling by plane.

The discounted rate for hotel rooms in the PCC block is $229/night plus tax. Reservations must be made by June 22, 2025. Rooms are subject to availability. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. If you will be arriving later, let the hotel know so they will hold your room for a late arrival. Check with the hotel if you need to check-out later to see if they can accommodate you.
