Join us for a transformative journey where the rhythm moves your body and intention guides your spirit. This unique Ecstatic Dance experience begins with a heartfelt opening circle, inviting each individual to set an intention with the option to share it with the group.

From there, we dive into the liberating flow of the 5 Rhythms, allowing the music to guide your authentic movement, releasing what no longer serves and embracing your true self. As our dance winds down, we transition into a deep, restorative meditation, returning to our initial visualization to integrate insights and solidify your intentions.

Ignite the power of movement and intention in this sacred space of connection and self-discovery. No dance experience necessary – just an open heart and a willingness to move!
