Join author-cartoonist Damian Alexander for an all-ages presentation featuring his highly praised graphic memoir, Other Boys, and the release of his latest, Absolutely Everything. Find the humor in hardships, gain a deeper understanding of graphic novels, memoir through comics, and get a peek behind-the-scenes at what goes into telling these stories. This drop-in presentation is best enjoyed by kids ages 5 and up, and all teens and adults are welcome.

Damian Alexander is a cartoonist and storyteller from Burlington, MA. His first book, Other Boys, was published by First Second, and received starred reviews from Kirkus and Booklist. Damian graduated with an MFA in Writing for Children from Simmons University and has created short comics and artwork for Dr. Martens, Hot Topic, The Trevor Project, and others.
