Offered once per month, these 30-minute sessions provide grounding, stress relief, and a gentle reset before the week continues.

Perfect if you:
• Can’t attend during the day
• Feel overwhelmed
• Need calm and regulation

$50 per session
Pre-registration required.

The shop will remain softly open, but the space will be held for quiet, private healing.
