Under the glow of the Worm Full Moon, you sit in quiet stillness as the Earth begins to awaken. With each breath, imagine the frozen ground softening beneath you, life stirring below the surface. Release what has grown heavy or dormant through the winter, and invite renewal, growth, and gentle forward movement.

This moon reminds you that transformation starts unseen, trust the process, trust yourself, and allow new intentions to take root. 🌕🌱

Being a yoga mat and blanket some water and or choose one from the store! Pillows are provided as well! Emily will have all the mediation ingredients for you such as bay leaves, moon water Ect.
