Craft Beer Dinner with Savarin Culinary

Don't miss this evening of dining in the taproom with Savarin Culinary! You'll start the night with a drink in hand as you get a sneak-peek of the brewing operation during a tour of the brewery. A three-course dinner will follow paired with a pint of Runaway handcrafted, small-batch beer for each course.

Course One: Grilled Peach and Kale Salade with spiced pecans, goat cheese, and cream ale vinaigrette.

Course Two: Smoked Beer-Braised Beef Short Ribs with a side of Israeli couscous and garlicky Swiss chard.

Course Three: Caramelized White Chocoloate Mousse with strawberry and basil compote.
