Garden plate, with bread and cheese
- Pickled French bean, vine blistered cherry tomato, basil, burrata, Luna, rillettes, baguette
Course 2:
Corn and pork
- Pork belly, sweet corn espuma, guajillo powder, sweet corn black bean salsa, cotija,
corn husk ash, scallion and cilantro
Course 3:
Lamb and potato
- Roasted rack of lamb, onion sage rub, white cheddar grits, zucchini, mostarda
Intermezzo: Tomato
- Tomato, red onion jam, basil oil, red chili oil, herbs, maldon
Course 4:
Turkey Bolognese
- Ground turkey, tomato sauce, soffritto, pappardelle, alina, calabrian chili, basil, olive oil
Course 5:
Bison
- Bison tenderloin, king trumpet, purple viking mousaline, demi, pickled mustard seed
Dessert: Chocolate torte
- Beet gel, strawberry compote, chocolate soil, micro basil
We welcome Chef Josh of Simple Café, Bakery & Market - Lake Geneva who has curated a exciting hyper local seasonal dining experience. Your evening will be adorned with floral sculptural creations from artist Laura M Gillespie of Circus Seed Flowers, and the enchanting music of Cellist @PeterThomas of the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra.
