Yoga Playground is a playful, weekly movement class blending yoga, strength, mobility, and breathwork. Guided by personal trainer and yoga instructor Tony Irwin, you'll explore creative ways to move, stretch, and build awareness—whether you're new to the mat or deepening your practice.

Expect an interactive, lighthearted space where you’ll walk away feeling more connected to your body and breath.
