Zumba Gold Seated

Join us as part of the Burley Summer Festival for Zumba Gold Seated. This is great for people experiencing challenges with mobility or balance as the whole class takes place in a chair. Easy to follow Zumba Gold choreography has been brilliantly adapted for this chair based workout.
