Sunrise Strength: 5:30AM Body Ignite!

We are launching a 5:30AM Body Ignite class! We cannot wait to start off our Wednesday mornings getting a strength workout int to start the day!

Bailey Lake Pavilion beginning August 27 at 5:30AM

The workout is a planned hour but feel free to head out a little early to get onto your day!
