Healing Hammock Time — a slow, restorative aerial class designed to help you truly unwind and release held tension.
What to expect:
- We’ll set the silks lower so you’re floating just above the ground, fully supported and cozy.
- The class focuses on gentle, nervous-system–resetting stretches: supported spinal decompression, long-held restorative positions and slow, mindful movement to release tightness without effort.
- We finish with a light guided meditation and breathing practice to calm the mind, lower stress hormones and invite a grounded, clear start to your week.

Who it’s for:
- All levels welcome — no aerial experience required.
- Especially helpful for desk workers, people carrying chronic tension, or anyone wanting a low-impact reset.
What to bring / safety:
- Wear comfortable, layered clothing that covers the skin (no zippers or jewelry). Grip socks or bare feet both work.
You’re even welcome to wear your pjs.
