- A yoga flow focused on breath, mobility, and fun!

- Location: The Brewery, Upstairs at the Skybar (next door to our studio) 
- Time: 12:00–1:00 PM, Saturday, January 17 — please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in.  
- $25 per person. Ticket includes one beer—redeemable during class.  
- Please bring your own mat and a water bottle.

This is a perfect mid-day energy boost: movement to clear your head, followed by a well-earned beer and good company. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or trying yoga for the first time, this class is about feeling good and enjoying the moment.
