Grinch Theme + Meet the Expert with Dr. Stephanie Lewis

You're a mean one, Mr. Grinch! Join us for a fun Grinch & Scrooge themed Strides 360 fitness class. Through plie squats, curtsy lunges, and core work, we will make Mr. Grinch's heart grow three sizes!

After class, stick around for some mommy and me block play and to meet Dr. Stephanie Lewis of Integrity Rehab. Dr. Stephanie Lewis is a local pelvic floor therapist helping women prenatal and postpartum support their bodies. She is passionate about educating women in how pelvic floor can impact daily life. Come to meet the expert for a special surprise!
