Teen Abilities Workshop

Help your teen understand & thrive with their neurodiversity!

This engaging, neuro-affirming program supports teens in exploring how ADHD and Autism shape thinking, emotions, and daily life.

They’ll learn about brain function, the impact of hormones and gender, and build practical strategies for everyday challenges, all through an adapted CBT framework designed by Founder Amelia Read, Clinical Psychologist - for neurodiverse minds.
