Free Bench Press Workshop

This FREE Lifting Workshop held out of Nexus Performance Gym is taught by Will Crozier, one of Australia's best powerlifters of all time with a 220kg bench press, and coaching athletes to over 250kg lifts he knows what it takes to produce some of the strongest people around the world.

It's time for you to conquer it yourself and overcome those common issues like pinching shoulder pain, difficulty in finding your upper back tightness on the bench resulting in strength plateaus.

This workshop will be scaled to any level - Current bodybuilders, powerlifters, athletes in other sports, weekend warriors, and brand new lifters willing to learn. Let us sculpt your confidence in just 3 hours!
