ESSENCE: The Breathwork Experience is an intimate and deeply immersive portal designed to expand your understanding of the nervous system, equip you with tools to support self-regulation, and guide you into deeper exploration of your inner world.

Closing out the evening with an extended Breathwork journey, where you’ll connect with your breath to move through a powerful process of emotional release, nervous system recalibration, and embodiment of your truth.

What to Expect

A safe space to breathe, be held, feel, release, laugh and remember who you are!

What to Bring

• Journal & pen
• Your favourite mug for a hot drink
• Water bottle
• Blanket (optional but recommended so you can get cosy for the breathwork journey)
• Pillow (optional)
• Eye mask (optional)

Yoga mats & bolsters will be provided

• Free parking available in the venue carpark & on the street
• Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign breathwork waiver
