**PLEASE READ - It's long**
We are opening the lodge for MEMBERS and QUALIFIED GUESTS from Monday through Friday from 6pm to 11pm.
HOW THIS WILL WORK:
As a member, you and your guest will have access to the MEMBERS QUARTERS (bar area) and BALLROOM on NON-EVENT NIGHTS (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
On Nights when we have events (Tuesday, Friday, and private events), you can still access the Members' Quarters. HOWEVER, if you wish to participate in any event, you (and your guest) will have to pay the entrance fee.
WHAT IS A QUALIFIED GUEST:
A Qualified guest is a spouse, family member, domestic partner or someone that is invited by a Moose Member.
A Qualified guest has all the same access to the Lodge but CANNOT SPEND MONEY AT THE LODGE.
WHAT CAN YOU DO:
If you play poker, the loge has several poker nights. YOU MUST BE A MEMBER TO PLAY POKER.
On Non-event nights, the bar will be open and the ballroom will be open to use for any activity. We will leave music going and the ability to add/play songs from an open playlist.
The concept is to leave it open for member activities to grow organically.
If you like to cook, the kitchen is active now. However, any cooking will need to approved beforehand.
WHAT YOU CANNOT DO:
You cannot invite more than TWO guest per visit. GUESTS WILL HAVE TO SIGN IN and will be limited to THREE VISITS BEFORE being required to join.
You cannot create a public or private event on an open night without approval from The Moose Board.
You cannot teach a class. If you want to teach at the Lodge, a proposal has to be approved by The Moose Board.
You cannot sell or vend.

This is uncharted territory for this lodge and some things may be amended as we go.
But this a great opportunity for the communities that we serve and the members that stuck with the lodge through the lean times and the new members that want to have access to their lodge.
