Kirtan is a powerful call and response chanting practice rooted in Bhakti yoga, the yoga of devotion. Through music and mantra, we come together to uplift the spirit, quiet the mind, and awaken the heart.

Whether you love to sing or simply want to soak in the healing vibrations, this is a space for you. No experience needed—just bring your presence, your voice, and an open heart.

Led by Sanskrit teacher and singer songwriter Kathy Bolte, Akashavani blends original mantras, three-part female harmonies, and live instrumentation including harmonium, drums, guitar, bass, and cello by Eddie Young, who performs with Kirtan bands around the world.

All are welcome. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
