Welcome to Inner Spirit Dance: an immersive experience combining the power of yoga, dance, and filmmaking to spark creative energy within. This event will take place in-person at THE STU LOS ANGELES, a vibrant space where we will explore movement and visual storytelling. (Think of Jungle's "Back on 74" music video.) Open to all levels, this workshop will help you tap into your inner spirit and express yourself through movement and visual arts. Come dance, flow, and create! Led by Movement and Storytelling Specialist, David Grannum, ending with a wonderful soundbath from Maria Alaverdyan.
