The I Love Me Workshop is a heart-centered experience designed to help women reconnect with themselves, increase self-love and confidence, and intentionally choose the life they are becoming.

Through guided meditation, reflection, visioning, and a beautiful diamond art activity, you’ll slow down, tune in, and create something meaningful — both within yourself and in your hands. Every diamond you place becomes a reminder that you are worthy of love, starting with your own.
