Yoga Class with Susana (Fully Booked)

Our gentle and beautiful Yoga Class in run by qualified Yoga Instructor Susana Salleh-Weekes and is suitable for beginners and people of any age.
The 1 hour class will teach you Vinyasa Yoga, incorporating face, Kundalini, Somatic, Meditation and Breath-work/Pranayama with an emphasis on the importance of foundation and safety first. Held at the Garfield Scout Hall, 1 Beswick Street Garfield.
