This gathering marks the beginning of our 10-month Elements of Serenity immersion, a journey through the Yamas and Niyamas, the guiding principles of yogic living.
Our first month focuses on Ahimsa, the practice of non-harm. We’ll explore what it means to move through life with compassion, starting with how we treat our bodies, our thoughts, and ourselves, and extending outward into our relationships and the world around us.
This 2-hour experience blends gentle grounding, breathwork, a wisdom teaching, guided journaling, embodied movement, group reflection, and a simple ritual to anchor the theme. Some moments will be quiet and inward, others may invite conversation but sharing is always optional.
Ahimsa invites us to soften without collapsing, to be honest without being harsh, and to choose kindness even when it’s uncomfortable. This work may stretch you a bit...that's the point and that’s where the growth happens.
No prior yoga or philosophy experience is required. Simply come as you are, with curiosity and a willingness to explore compassion in a deeper way.
