Light with Camille

Join Camille for an enlightening one-hour meditation session that promises to rejuvenate and refresh your spirit.
During your meditation session, you can expect to experience the balancing of your energy. Camille will guide you to a more relaxed state and with less anxiety you are able to clearly release anything no longer serving you and connect with your highest good.
You'll leave this session feeling lighter, more relaxed, and empowered to move forward with renewed clarity and energy.
*Wear comfortable loose clothing, a yoga mat, bottle of water, pillow/blanket to make your experience more comfortable.
