I offer this class every single month at my office in Bunker Hill. Monday evening sessions begin on the first Monday and Saturday sessions begin on the first Saturday of each month. Each session is made up of 3 weekly classes.
Monday evening classes are from 5pm-8pm
Saturday afternoon classes are 1pm-4pm

This comprehensive and interactive childbirth education course is designed to leave you feeling not only confident as you approach your baby's birthday- but excited for it!
This class covers many (I won't say all- there's always more to learn) facets of the childbearing cycle: nutrition, pregnancy, complications, comfort measures, postpartum prep, how to care for your baby, common practices/interventions/options for hospital and out of hospital birth, and MORE.
Refreshments are included! Grab your chosen support person and join us for a fun time of learning together!
The total cost of the 3-class series is $300 per expectant mother and includes 1 support person. Click the attached link to sign up for your chosen day and month and pay admission. Once you are signed up I will contact you with the address and to inquire about dietary needs for refreshments. Additionally, should only one couple sign up for a series I will come to their home and conduct the class for no additional charge.
