FAMILY CRUISING IS NOT HOT LAPS or TEST LAPS
Happy Laps are for family cruising not performance driving.
Any car-to-car contact is an instant stop for the session
Any car going off the track is an instant stop for the session
1 sec of tyre smoke is an instant stop for the session
Vehicle Speed in excess of 120kph is an instant stop for the session
As this is a non-competitive and reduced speed event, helmets and full length clothing are not permitted.
The cars permitted on track must comply with Queensland road registered vehicles. All vehicles entering the track must be currently road-registered and showing registration plates and use child restraints as per Queensland Road Rules
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Random breath tests will be conducted and anyone reading more than 0.00 will be banned from the track.
Our staff will be on the infield to observe track activity conditions.
We will name and shame drivers who push the limits and cause a session to be cancelled.
$20.00 per car and the Driver MUST have an armband to gain access to the track
PROCEDURE
Vehicles lining up in staging lanes as per normal
Staggered start - car released every 3-5 seconds using both the right and left lanes
All vehicles exit the track to the left (guided by the marshall) and use the return road to proceed back to the staging lanes
All vehicles must follow Track Action rules with Marshalls monitoring and guiding

GENERAL RULES FOR ALL EVENTS
The Event Manager/s will have the final say in all calls and discrepancies
All races will be 1/8th mile using a no prep drag racing tree.
The start line controller will advise of any discrepancies off the start line example. one car jumps
No times will be shown and no time slips will be given.
This is a NO PREP race event. The Event Manager/s will have sole discretion as to all maintenance done to the surface of the track.
Crossing the centre line will result in disqualification
If a piece of your car comes off and goes into the other lane in front of your competitor , you lose. Unless the race is over.
Drivers MUST attend the Drivers Briefing
Drivers and Roll Racing Passengers are required to wear all required safety gear according to the track policies.
All cars must pass a safety inspection and meet the class rules listed in this document. It is the Drivers responsibility to enter a currently registered, roadworthy and fit for purpose car and then sign the safety list to acknowledge and take ownership of this.
All vehicles must start on their own from inside. No jumps or crank overs from the outside with the exception of PRE ARRANGED EXHIBITION PASSES
Seatbelts and Harnesses must be in perfect working order and worn AT ALL TIMES.
In the unfortunate event of vehicle failure, you can change your vehicle providing it is the same class / capacity for any event that includes a prize or prize money.
Drivers MUST have a valid Racers license. This can be purchased at racers.world (day or annual CLUBMAN licence is required)
Drivers MUST sign up to the event prior to arriving then sign on to the event at Reception and staff will sight your photo ID
Driver and limited crew (if any) permitted in the staging lanes and the start line - NO EXCEPTIONS.
SAFETY GEAR - all participants and passenger runs
Full length clothing (arms and legs).
Enclosed shoes that are in good condition.
Helmet - AUS/NZ 1698 or equivilent. Family Cruising Sessions do not require a helmet or full length clothing
DRIVERS BRIEFING
ALL drivers are required to attend a compulsory Drivers Briefing.
Track Action acknowledges the dangers of Motorsport and there will be NO EXCEPTIONS! If you miss the Drivers Briefing you CANNOT participate and any patron that breaks the rules and regulations WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
STAGING
Free Runs Staging
Left hand lane passenger, right hand lane solo, middle lane pro street and pro class
Roll Racing
Left hand lane race anyone and right hand lane race your mate. Right lane sets the speed at 40km ph and race from the green light. If the left lane jumps, the Marshall will NOT switch the green light on and the driver will be disqualified.
Eliminations
Marshalls will stage the cars on the line (one Marshall per lane)
BURNOUTS
• All drivers must complete all the relevant Event entry and indemnity forms before competing.
• Any person without the appropriate armband will not be permitted on the track.
• Vehicle doesn’t require registration, but all vehicles must pass scrutineering safety check.
• Appointed scrutineers will have the final say when scrutineering vehicles
• No Alloy Rims, No Wheel Weights & No sprayers on tyres
• Any drivers under 18-years of age must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian and their entry form must by a Parent/Guardian Acknowledgement of Risk including Waiver, Release and Indemnity which must be completed
and signed by the parent/legal guardian in the presence of a registration official. PLEASE NOTE: A legal guardian must be either a parent or a court-appointed guardian. Siblings, friends or neighbours will not be accepted as guardians.
• BREATH TESTING MAY BE CONDUCTED ON ANY DRIVER OR CREW AT ANYTIME DURING THE EVENT. Any Driver/crew returning a reading above .000 will be excluded from the event.
BURNOUT PASSENGERS - ONE FRONT SEAT PASSENGER ONLY!
• All Passengers must complete Event entry and indemnity forms before the event commences and must be wearing the appropriate armband to allow them to be on the track.
• All passengers must be over the age of 16 and over (no exceptions)
• All safety equipment required for drivers is also required for passengers.
DRIVING STANDARDS
• Burnouts must be contained within the confines of the BURNOUT pad only
• Burnouts must not continue onto – or be conducted on- entry or exit road areas
• No vehicle is to be place against a safety wall in order to perform a static burnout
• Drivers must stop immediately when directed to do so by a fire marshal or official
• Drivers must remain wholly within the vehicle and at the controls at all times while the vehicle is in gear with engine running.
• No Burnout cars are to drive on the RETURN ROAD at any time.
CONDUCT
• Participants are to take steps to avoid making contact with the concrete barriers
• The burnout will commence when you are instructed by an official
• Each burnout will be timed for 60 seconds
• Seatbelt must remain on and Legs and Torso must remain in vehicle while burnout is happening.
• Where a competitor is “WHITE FLAGGED” the competitor is to immediately cease the burnout. This may be due to but not limited:
1- A major tyre or engine fire or fire within the vehicle cabin
2- An identified serious mechanical issue with the vehicle
3- A fire crew member or major debris on the pad and deemed unsafe.
Irrespective of reason when a vehicle is “White flagged” the driver must cease the burnout immediately. White Flagged – this term refers to the notification by white flag to the driver and passenger that the vehicle must cease their activities
immediately.
• If a vehicle is “white flagged” for fire, the driver of the vehicle must NOT attempt to re-start the vehicle once extinguished. If the Safety crew is satisfied for the vehicle to restart, they may, if the not the vehicle will be pushed or
towed out of the burnout pad by the recovery team.
• “RED FLAG” means your time is up you must cease your burnout.
• When the burnout blows the tyres off the rims the driver shall drive out of the burnout pad as directed. 5 Seconds only of rim bushing is acceptable.
• Failure to listen or obey TRACK ACTION OFFICIALS or a driver breaks any rules and/or displays any inappropriate behaviour it will lead to you being ejected from the event and possible suspension to future events.
CLOTHING & HELMET
• Long pants and long-sleeved upper body garment shirt (No nylon clothing)
• Enclosed shoes and socks
• Helmet must meet AS/NZS 1698:2006 or AS/NZS 1698 as a minimum
• NOTE: Sleeves must be down before, during and after the burnout and until the car is parked and engine turned off.
• If car is fuelled by Methanol OR High-End Pro Comp, Vehicle Race Driving suit is required.
What happens if an Event is postponed or cancelled by Track Action?
When Track Action has to postpone or cancel an event or an activity for reasons outside of its control, e.g. adverse weather conditions; we will endeavour to publish the notification via email, SMS and on the Track Action No Prep Events socials to notify participants of the cancellation no less than 36 hours before the scheduled commencement of the event. If adverse weather is being forecast we recommend you check your phone, email or our socials on the day prior.
CANCELLATION: Where an activity is cancelled in its entirety you can have either a credit or a refund of the entry fee that has been paid. An email should be sent to

POSTPONEMENT: Where an activity has been postponed a credit will automatically be transferred to the new date as soon as we have found space in the calendar. You will be notified of the new date within 48 hours of confirmation of the date by Track Action No Prep Events. If you cannot use the new date, request a full refund within one week of Track Action publishing the new date.
REFUNDS: In order to claim any refund, please email
bmF0aGFuIHwgdHJhY2thY3Rpb24gISBjb20gISBhdQ== stating clearly the activity to which the claim relates. To ensure another customer can take the space you are vacating any applications for refunds must be received no less than 28 days prior to the replacement date.
CANCELLATION BY YOU:
If you are unable to participate in an activity which you have paid the entry fee; email

If we have more than 28 days clear notice you will receive a full refund; with 14 – 28 days’ notice you will receive a 50% refund or credit to your RACERS account. Notifications received after the 14 days will not be refunded. However, if you can “sell” your entry to another qualified person, we will transfer your entry to the new person, for a $60 admin fee. Track Action has no part in any dealings between you and the buyer. The buyer is responsible for the immediate notification to Track Action of their details.
No credit or refund will be given if the customer chose not participate due to weather conditions on the day if the event has not been cancelled. Always check the specific event pages as events that are NOT being delivered by Track Action will usually have different refund policies.
NOTE: Track Action cannot process a Credit or refund at the event.

JUNIOR DRAGSTERS - OPTIONAL CASH CHALLENGE NO PREP DRAG RACING FRIDAY 27TH JUNE
In true renegade fashion it’ll be No Prep instant green No Time with all the cool stuff to add in like call outs just like the crew from NPK you can call out whoever you like for whatever you like it might be the hit, back tyre or even the gap it’s all on you and how much you can back yourself to beat your opponent!!!
CAMPING
Vehicle and Speed Regulations
Vehicles must be registered with the entry gate on arrival. A maximum of 2 cars are permitted for each campsite. The speed limit is 5KM/H - this is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all families in the vicinity.
Site Set Up
Sites are unallocated. Feel free to have multiple sites together however please be considerate of your neighbours.
Toilet & Shower Facilities
Toilet and shower facilites are available at the venue. Please be mindful on the length of your shower
Fire – WEATHER PERMITTING!
Campfires are permitted onsite but MUST be in an above ground firepit that catches its own ash. All fires must be supervised AT ALL TIMES. At the conclusion of your evening, please ensure all fires are extinguished.
Waste
All rubbish must be removed from your campsite at the conclusion of your stay. This includes but is not limited to general rubbish, bottle caps, cigarette butts, firewood. Disposal of stored grey (kitchen and shower) and treated black (toilet) water is prohibited to flush down basins or toilets in ablution blocks. Caravans and campers MUST take this with them when they depart.
Noise
While playing music is not prohibited, you should practice your own enjoyment without imposing on others. Quiet hours are to be observed from 10pm to 6am.
PLEASE NOTE generators are not permitted during quiet hours.
Animals
Pets are NOT allowed
Be Responsible
Parents are responsible for their children AT ALL TIMES. Although we want each guest to enjoy their stay with us, we must reiterate that for the safety of each occupant, children must be supervised at all times.
