Step into a sanctuary of sound and stillness, where the harmonious tones of gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, and other sacred instruments gently wash over you. Let their vibrations dissolve stress, restore balance, and lift your spirit—leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and deeply renewed.

🧘‍♀️ Escape the chill and sink into comfort and serenity.
Choose from two relaxing one-hour sessions:
🕑 Saturday at 2:00 PM
🕟 Sunday at 4:30 PM

Yoga mats and blankets are provided, though you're welcome to bring your own.

💸 Just $20 per person (cash preferred on the day)
