Take just one hour out of your day—and shift something deep.
This workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your inner drive and move forward with clarity. Through gentle movement, sound instruments, vocal toning, and visualisation, we’ll activate the energy centres that support confidence, expression, and purposeful action.
Whether you’ve attended previous workshops or are joining for the first time, each session runs independently. You’ll leave with practical tools to support your energy whenever you’re ready to take that next step.
Facilitated by David, Sound Practitioner, and Manda from Alchemy Flow Bodyworks (@alchemyflowbodyworks), both of whom offer sessions at The Little Blue Shop. Together, they create a space where movement, sound, and energy come together to reset what’s stuck and awaken what’s ready.
