In this sound healing session Heather Jean will channel your very own sacred soul healing with the Alchemy Crystal Singing bowls, channelled voice, Native American Hoop Drums, rain stick shakers, chimes and hand pan drum and more. Bringing you to a place of greater peace within and clarity of mind.
During this healing session blockages will be cleared that are ready to be released from the energy field.
We begin the class with messages of the time with an invitation to bring your focus back to your inner voice finding balance between mind and heart.💛
We then begin to bring awareness to breath techniques to assist the body in relaxation with guided meditation to still the mind and receive the sacred sounds of the ancestors, creation and orchestra of instruments.
This sound healing journey guides you into your inner world bringing you into deep connection with your heart soul body and the earth.
