Winter is a time for rest and containment. The earth is still and quiet, and everything naturally turns inward. It is a perfect time of the year to put some energy into our reserves through a nourishing yoga practice.
Join Gyani to experience the following practices - Gentle Hatha Yoga, Yin/Restorative Yoga, Pranayama (breathing practices), Mantra chanting, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) with healing sounds, and Meditation.

About Gyani:
With nearly 20 years of experience, Gyani is a dedicated yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant. Her journey has taken her across the world, immersing herself in the yogic way of life in ashrams and retreats—including three transformative years living in an Indian ashram. Gyani’s teachings offer a holistic blend of yoga, pranayama, and meditation, designed to cultivate deeper awareness of the body and mind. She encourages slowing down, nourishing the nervous system, and reconnecting with yourself through practices that promote relaxation, balance, and inner harmony.
DATE: Saturday 19th July 2pm – 5.30pm. Please arrive from 1.45pm to settle and for a prompt start at 2pm.

WHAT TO BRING: Bring your own yoga mat if you prefer, all props will be provided. Wear warm comfortable clothing suitable for stretching. Also bring a water bottle.
