Homeschooling Deep Connection Embodiment session

Join in a fun, healing and empowering session where we use meditation, sound and movement to bring in peace, joy, love and laughter.
All ages welcome.
We will be doing a guided meditation at the end.
Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat and blankets if you would like them.
Wear comfortable clothing to move in.
Cost is only $10 per family.
