Iron Root Pairing Dinner with Robert Lakarish

Chef Wiz has specially prepared a four course meal to perfectly pair with Iron Root Distillery’s bourbon. Marcia Likarish of Iron Root Distillery will be here to talk about the journey creating an award winning Texas bourbon and guide us through the pairing dinner.

Course 1 will be prosciutto goat cheese and fig jam crostini paired with Iron Root Promethean.

Course 2 will be Filet Mignon aguachile paired with Iron Root Harbringer

Course 3 will be grilled halibut with a champagne butter sauce and fresh orange zest served over warm spinach with blistered pears and Goat Cheese. Paired with Slight of Hand Double Barrel

Course 4 will be Blistered peaches with vanilla ice cream and candied pecans paired with an Iron Root Bourbon Peach Bellini.
