Blanton’s Pairing Dinner @Stone Terrace Gastropub!

Join us at Stone Terrace for an exclusive Bourbon pairing event. Chef Wiz has created a four course meal to perfectly pair with one ounce pours of Blanton’s, Blanton’s Gold, and Blanton’s STFB and the last course will pair with a bourbon cocktail! This will be a ticketed event and tickets will absolutely sell out. The menu is below:

Course 1-Braised Pork Shoulder in an Apple Puree Sauce paired with Blanton’s Bourbon

Course 2 Steak Tartare Crostini with a garlic cranberry glaze paired with Blanton’s Gold

Course 3 Beef Shortribs over garlic mash with a honey beef demi glace

Course 4 Bourbon Crème Brûlée paired with a Barrel Aged Manhattan

Tickets are $155 that includes the 4 course meal with bourbon and cocktail pairings.

Companion Tickets for those who enjoy great company but not bourbon are $100 and come with two beverage your choice of cocktail, beer, or wine.
