"La Fête de la Musique" - "World Music Day" concert

Saturday 14th June - 3pm to 7pm - free entrance

Established in 1981 in France and now taking place everywhere in the World, the "Fête de la Musique" is celebrating music and artists.

For this 2025 edition, we are thrilled to welcome on stage amazing artists from Bulawayo and beyond, with the support of the French Embassy to Zimbabwe and the Embassy of Switzerland to Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Mary Anibale and Othnell Mangoma, with their act called "Village to Town", will start this event. It will be the premiere of their show in Bulawayo.

Adrian LeJazz, who recently collaborated with French-Burkinabé band Kananaye, is back at Alliance for another great performance.

It is our pleasure to welcome for the first time the energic dance and cultural group Amaqaqa Music. We wanted to collaborate with them for quite a long time, and we are excited to have them on the Alliance Française stage.

To conclude this day, The "Albinism Konnect Music Band", in collaboration with The Noble hands Zimbabwe Trust, is going to make us dance and fight winter cold.
