HEART, MIND, & SOUL
Buhler resident and Hesston College campus counselor, Jose Gloria, will lead us in examining key dynamics in the balance of our mental & spiritual well-being.
Jose is trained as a Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, LMSW and believes that kindness & curiosity are the way to approach the issues that are holding us back. His goal is to help people understand the “what” and “why” that is leading to depression, anxiety, anger, addiction, etc. This looks different for each person.
The helping field has several modalities that are effective in helping people overcome things that are limiting their faith & life. He comes from a strengths perspective and draws on a variety of options including the Enneagram, Internal Family Systems, Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and most importantly a faith-based perspective.
