This isn’t just a walk—it’s a moment to breathe, connect, and care for your mind and body. After our peaceful stroll, we’re hosting an “Ask a Therapist Anything” stretch session led by Mental Health Therapist Carolyn Kirkwood—so bring your questions, curiosities, or concerns.

Certified Trainer Candice Barlow will guide the movement while Carolyn brings the mindfulness. It’s free, it’s soulful, and it’s for YOU.
