The Old Home Place presents Mike Vial

The Old Home Place Concert Series will be hosting Michigan songwriter Mike Vial on Thursday, July 10, at 7pm. This unique listening room environment music series is held at Maple & Main, 101 South Maple in Buffalo, Missouri on the second Thursday of each month. Tickets are fifteen dollars each.

Mike Vial is an award-winning singer-songwriter and educator based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Vial has written 100+ songs, released four albums, and has played a multitude of gigs across the USA and Canada. He has developed a keen ear for the type of songwriting that captures a theme for milestones in life.

In addition to his musical pursuits (you could insert the words “day job” here) Vial teaches Greek mythology, literature, and writing classes at a Michigan High School. (One student told him, “You are the weirdest teacher I’ve ever had”; Vial still pretends this is a compliment.)
