Medicinal Beverages Hands-on Cooking Class $65/person

With Minnesota’s constantly changing weather, it’s important to have methods to prevent yourself from getting sick or becoming susceptible to the seasonal changes. This class is for just that. We will be making beverages for headaches and fatigue, sore throats, body aches and fever, as well as insomnia and depression. Learn how to manipulate the beverages to fit your specific needs.
